The staff service is terrible. They need to retrain the staff. We felt unwelcome. I won't be back.

The price-performance ratio is good, although it could be better. The service is good except that napkins seem to be in short supply; they give you one per person, and they're the smallest in the market. The atmosphere is fine; they have air conditioning, though nothing out of the ordinary. The location and parking are excellent. As for the pupusas, which are the only thing I ate, they are actually very good with high-quality ingredients, especially the beans and cheese. The rice dough is very well made, but could have been a little less greasy. The pupusa revuelta could be more scrambled and not just pork rinds. It's perhaps not the best, but it's among the best.

Frustrated and amazed, it's the most expensive cafe I've ever been to, and I ate the most expensive beans and fresh cheese I've ever had. Regretful of how expensive it was, actually, really expensive... honestly, it's not worth it. I'll never visit the place again. I thought they were joking when they charged me. What I ate and what I paid was a joke.
